3. How can we arrange for a quotation?

You could either fill in our free quotation form or call us on 079790 11115 to discuss your requirements for property renovation or maintenance and our friendly staff will be happy to book an appointment for pre-inspection if necessary.

4. Do you have Gas Safe Plumbers and NICEIC Electricians?

Yes, our plumbers are Gas Safe certified; and our electricians are NIC certified. All our subcontractors are well vetted and professionals in their trades and we guarantee for the quality of their workmanship.

5. How soon could you start working on my property?

Please contact us now to discuss your renovation or maintenance ideas and requirements as well as our availability. The lead times depend on many factors but please don’t hesitate to call us as we always try to be flexible and accommodate our customers’ needs and requirements as best as we could.

6. Does your quotation include the cost of materials?

Our quotations are always based on our customers’ requirements and are inclusive of labour and/or materials as discussed prior to the quote compilation. Therefore, please be thorough in giving all the details of your renovation or maintenance needs and requirements when discussing your project with our staff want us.

7. Can you finish work to a tight deadline?

Yes, most of the time we complete the job within the time limit given at the beginning of the project. However, bear in mind that the deadline of the job completion will depend on our availability, the work required as well as some external factors that are outside our control such as availability and delivery of materials.

8. Does your quote include cost for parking and congestion charge?

Our quotation does not include cost of parking and/or congestion charge. Parking facilities are important in our work and is always discussed prior to us starting work on any property renovation or maintenance project.

9. How many people will be working in my property?

The number of people working at your property will depend on the size and complexity of the renovation, refurbishment or maintenance and repair project and the time scale allowed for its delivery.

10. When do I pay for the work?

A payment schedule will be agreed with you before the work commences. Usually we ask our customers to pay by instalments while the work is being done.

11. How can I pay?

We accept Cash and Bank or On-line Transfer.

12. Will you remove all the building rubbish from my house?

This also will be discussed with you and if you wish so our quotation will include the cost of the rubbish disposal.

13. I want to change my bathroom or kitchen, but need some ideas, can you give any advice?

This is part of what we do and we will be happy to help you plan and design your kitchen or bathroom. Our bathroom and kitchen specialists have an extensive experience with all kinds of designs, materials and furniture and will be able to provide useful and original suggestions to complement your own ideas and requirements.

14. Do you provide a contract for the jobs?

Yes, Home Renovation London always provides a written contract. If accepted, our quotation turns into a contract that will include company details, insurance, description of required work, prices, dates, payment schedule, terms and conditions, etc.

15. Are you able to do very small projects that may be only a few hours’ work?

Yes, we do small jobs and repairs as well. We do have a minimum charge, which is usually equal to our daily rate, i.e. even if your job takes just a few hours, you will probably be charged for a full day work. But if you have a small repair job at home the best thing to do is to contact us now to discuss your needs and requirements and, in most cases, we guarantee to have a solution to your problem and to be able to help.

16. Do you provide work guarantee?

Yes, our work comes with a three year workmanship guarantee which means that if in three years something goes wrong because of incorrect or poor quality installation, we will come and repair it for free. Please note that we could not guarantee the quality of any materials and other goods used in your renovation or maintenance project and this quality is very dependent on the price you are willing to spend on materials.

17. Can you buy the materials/deliver for me?

Not only we can buy and/or deliver all required materials but we are always able to find materials at better prices as we are offered trade discounts in many stores which we pass to our customers as a thank you gesture for giving us business.

18. Do you accept work from lettings agents, site managers and other business owners?

Yes, we welcome work from both residential and business customers.
